What exactly does Creative Ideas Agency do for you regarding Facebook and Instagram. First, we learn about your business, then we create a monthly calendar that will include a minimum of three posts per week. Those posts will be about a variety of things from holidays, to quotes, testimonials, point of sale and interesting facts about your business. The posts are created as mini ads and 90% of the posts will have your logo and contact information on them. We do all the research and all the stock photos we use are guaranteed to be licensed and purchased by Creative Ideas Agency. We know the rules to keep you and your business out of advertising jail. We create the ads/posts and send them to you. Creative Ideas then schedules the posts for the month. Then one of our team members will be looking and reviewing your page at least five days a week. We see comments and will comment for you. As a new client, we will probably send you some of the questions so that we make sure the answers to the potential client for you are correct. If that wasn’t enough, we also will boost one of the posts each month. We specifically direct the post to the demographics that you want to reach. At the end of the month, we will give you the outreach results.

Did you know that agencies charge for consulting? Creative Ideas Agency will not.
We see consulting as a way of communication between our customers and our agency. Communication is necessary to understand each other. Why would we charge our customers for consulting. We are both benefiting from the meeting and conversation. Since we are not a cookie cutter type agency where we use the same concepts and information for every customer, we must learn about the business and the people that are running the business.

Yes, it takes some time to listen and learn about each other, but we feel that you are worth it. We want to help you with your advertising, public relations and social media. How can an agency do that without having a real interest in their clients. Every company, even if it is the same type of company, is different. There is always something about your business that needs to have a light shining on it. Creative Ideas Agency will do that.

Why would you pay for a retainer fee? We work very closely with our clients and listen to their needs, goals and budget. When the project is completed, we invoice the business for the work done. (If you are a new client, we do ask for 50% of the quoted amount for your first project. But this is applied to the invoice after 90 days (about 3 months) just to establish credit with us) There is no balance you have accumulated or any additional fees that you must pay from your “agency fee”. We want you to keep your money. Creative Ideas Agency does not want to hold on to your money until you need our service. That seems so silly to us. We are not a bank and we certainly do not feel we should keep your money in our banking accounts for your future use.
