Yes, it is a good thing to learn new procedures and new ways of doing something, but do the things that you are being asked to do not align with what you were hired to do? I bring this up as there are so many businesses that feel that someone in the office can create your next ad or create your social media platform, your press release, your next commercial or your next brochure.
The news out there is that AI is going to make design work easy. That may be true after you finally get through the learning curve, but do you really want to look like everyone else. Do you want to pick from this color palette and put this font and pick this background, etc. The only choices are in that system.
Do you really want to spend the time creating something that is going to look just like another business or even worse, look like your competitor? Don’t you want your business to stand out and be noticed and reflect what makes you different from the others?
